Jennie contacted me a while back after seeing her Princeton Kappa Kappa Gamma sister, Carissa's wedding images. Though she was attending law school at Georgetown and was no where near Texas, she booked me from afar. Even further was her wedding location, which was to take place at Montecito Country Club in Santa Barbara, California! Instantly, upon reading Jennie's email, I knew we would be a perfect fit.
Jennie is the kind of girl who loves to write in ALL CAPS if necessary and does not shy away from exclamation points, JUST LIKE ME!!!!! When she told me her love story with Kris, our connection got even stronger. As she spoke of his kindness and gregarious personality and all of the thoughtfulness he has put into their romance, I was sold. They are the ideal, people. The real deal ideal. Sweet, considerate, effervescent, highly intelligent, self-deprecating and as witty as the day is long, and completely over the moon in love with each other...to me, that describes the perfect couple. Here they are!

Hey Kate! I'm a friend of Marti's. Love the photos! The clarity, the sharpness, and the brilliant colors are just fantastic. My favorite is the first one, the close-up of your daughter with her face smooshed and those wonderful bracelets. :)

He's such a big boy, walkin' and talkin' and what not, that we had to take him for a big boy outing...the bookstore and a trip to Paciugo! Dash blew me away with his vocabulary and his affinity for both fruit and chocolate varieties of gelato. Ladies, he's a sophisticated toddler, so get in line!

Mokah Gallery inside Life in Deep Ellum (on the corner of Malcom X and Taylor) is currently housing my gallery show entitled Feel the Love: The Little Big Men of Vivero Boxing Gym. I would LOVE it if you would stop by if you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area...mostly for the reception that will be held on July 24th from 4-7pm. It will be extremely kid friendly, since...duh, I have one. Plus, the show features loads of them. ;-)
