Feeling a little oversized after Halloween?

If you are anything like me, you like to live with your whole being.  I don't want any of my senses to be denied, and certainly not the sense of taste.  I spent a decade trying to restrict my eating so I could stay a small size, and you know what?  Life is too freaking short to eat only salads (though it is still my favorite meal).

These days, I try it all.  Most of the time, I go light on the carbs because it makes me feel weighted down, and I am not hitting up McDonalds every day, but I do splurge.  I can do that because I move my behind several days a week and am loving how it makes me feel.

Could I do it without a good friends or good music?  Probably not.  It's all about what inspires you, and social interaction and tunes are what keep me energized.

Just thought I would share my most recent playlist (inluding a few links to find some of the songs) with you, in case you were in need of motivation.  These songs MAKE me want to run, and not just because someone is chasing me.  ;-)

You gotta have some old school Britney in the mix. Toxic is a must. Also The Cranberries, I Can't Be With You, is one of my favorites.
