Ooooooooh!  I am sooooooo excited to show you guys these!  Sweet little brand new baby Sophie is finally here.  Her mommy, Mie Mie, and daddy Brad (good friends of the Danuser clan---thanks Christine for the referral!!!) are just beside themselves in love with that child, and I am the luckiest girl to get to document it all.

After Meems had her C-section and Miss Sophie graced Earth with her presence, I hopped down I-75 to go meet them and capture bits of their first day together as a family.  It IMMEDIATELY brought me back to the day Millie was born.  I think any parents can agree that the first day, if you can remember it, is one of the best you will ever experience in your life.  Feeling that warm little sack of sugar in your arms...her heart beating and that new baby smell...it's enough to soften the most grizzled person into a lump of buttah.  The best?  Knowing that she belongs to you and you belong to her and that you are about to build a life together!

So, to all of my baby plan clients out there, thank you for letting me document these milestones for you.  Mie Mie and Brad, thank you so much for trusting me.  I am so blessed to know you and to get to watch you three (and Lucy and Lola---woof!) grow into the beautiful and love-filled family you are destined to be.
