When Bobby and I moved away from Austin (almost 6 years ago...sigh), he started working for a financial planning firm in Plano.  His main compadre there was a guy named Adam, aka "Cactus Head".  Adam was a puh-lay-ah.  That's player, for those of you who don't speak my language.  He was young, single, fit, handsome, and had a couple of dollars to burn.  He was funny, outgoing, and even caring, which made him quite a catch.  But he was JUST NOT READY to settle down.  That is...until he met Taryn.  Taryn is just the type of girl I hoped Adam would end up with...but even better.  She's calm yet driven, brilliant in many ways, cute as a button, stylish to the nth degree, and maybe even wise beyond her years.  I think that what Adam saw in Taryn was certainly each of those things, but also that she would become the kindest, gentlest, most loving mother of his babies, and that pretty much sealed the deal.  (Well, that plus a romantical evening at a Fray concert.  Can't forget that.) 

Fast forward a couple of years, and heeeeeeeeeeere's adorable little Walker!  I'm so glad that I get to photograph the first year of his life.  Not only do I get to watch him grow, but I also get to whisper in his ear, at our sessions, that I am beating his daddy in our college football pool!

Walker is a Newborn!

Hats off to the photographer that could give many lessons in awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Props to Bmef for planting the fray seeds yes yes he deserves a slice of the credit pie CUS I WON MY BABY OVER AT A CONCERT YES I DID HERCULES!!! HERCULES!!!!!. But we know where the mega props go to .......Mrs. Miggity Kate Mefford Mac for her oh so (wait for it) HIGH FLYIN IN THE SKY rad skillz and talent on these magnifico pics. She is a true professional and the Meffords rock the house. Milli and Noopsie in the house too....cactus head and jr. out!!!
