So, back in the day, I photographed this darling couple on their wedding day.  It was love at first sight for me, because Kelli + Steven just radiate personality and warmth, and aren't afraid to show emotion and spirit.  They are some of the kindest people I know, and are now some of our greatest friends and some of Millie's favorite people.

You can imagine how ecstatic I was to hear that Kelli was preggers!  And that I was gonna not only get to document the baby's first year, but the birth as well...and, little baby Carter is gonna call me Aunt Kate.  I could not be more honored.  Fo' realz, y'all.  This stuff makes my year.  Circle of life, baby!
