Welcome!
I'm so very ecstatic that you decided to join the party.  It is my life's passion to keep you entertained through my photographs of babies, my family, and pretty much anything that moves me, as well as my work as a branding expert.

Stick around and become part of the family.
Come early, come often, leave comments.

It's been almost a year.  Cameron is 2.  Kinley MIGHT be 47.  I feel old.  But...not too old to love this energetic set of images from our fast-paced session!  It was great to catch up with my little buddies and their fabulous parents!

One of my favorite fams chose to wrap up 2011 right, y'all.  I straight up told their story...and it's a beautiful one, complete with children full of personality and no inhibitions...just the way they should be.

I LOVE what we came up with for this session.  I use "came up with" loosely, as it really involved me running and chasing them a lot...but it's a solid set of frames that really shows what life is like as a Danuser:  quick wit, preppy garb, sharp minds, and a sprinkling of sweat from running after Huddy and fielding questions from Ava.  No wonder why Christine and Mark are so fit.

Randy. Tomi. Chandler. Sterling Mae. Maverick.

If those aren't Texas names, I don't know what Texas names are.  I've known Tomi for a few years now, and honestly, I can't even really remember how we met.  That doesn't really matter, because I feel like I've known her my whole life.  Tomi's one of those girls you just trust.  You can tell her secrets and she'll keep 'em.  You can lean on her when ya need a good cry.  She's one heck of a cheerleader, and a snazzy dresser to boot.  On top of that (much like a maraschino cherry), she's one of the most loving moms around...and YOU KNOW I don't just hand that award out to any ol' hussy.

You can find her displaying her mad mom skillz as she supports Chandler as he mascots his way all over the Metroplex for his high school.  Tomi is busy teaching gorgeous little Sterling Mae how to keep the good kind of sass and lose the bad.  And as if that isn't enough, she is downright obsessed with everything about 1 year old Maverick...but, especially his little duck fluff patch of hair at the nape of his neck.  Really...who WOULDN'T be obsessed with it?  Mav is adorable, plain and simple, and Tomi gets her workouts by chasing his little adorable hiney all over town.

There really needs to be a sitcom about this family.  I could go on and on and on describing their connections and hilarious interactions, but I'll let the images speak from here on out...I love the Cheeks family!

I can just imagine how the conversation went when you told Randy he was getting in the pool. Ha Love the pictures!

Take a bohemian girl from New Zealand, a charming chap from Scotland, and 3 adorable children who've acquired Texas twangs, and you've got the Hepburns.  After traveling the world for both business and pleasure, the Hepburns ended up practically in my backyard.  Though the Hepburn kids went to the same preschool as Millie, for some reason, we never met!  It was not until we enrolled Millie in a Montessori school that we met the Hepburns, as they had done the exact same!

Michelle is an excellent photographer in her own right, but she's rarely in the family pictures, as she's taking them!  I am so glad I was able to capture this moment in time for them, as they gear up to move to Singapore.  Hopefully these photographs will help them remember their time in Texas and all of the wonderful memories that were made in Downtown McKinney.  I had so much fun on this shoot and it was an honor to be their photographer.

So, if you've been with me for a while, you know the Hilarious Heilers family---Mandy, Eric, Finley, and Samantha.  Sammy is one of Millie's oldest and dearest friends, and I've gotten to document their family life for several years.  This time, Mandy brought her bro Jeff and his crew---Christy, Caroline, and Justin---along for the ride.  We met down at Mandy's college stompin' grounds on the SMU campus and just played around.  We had some gorgeous light and beautiful people and badabing---a humdinger of a session!

I heart these guys.  Give them a great big shout below in the comment box!
