As most of you know, Millie has a friend named Sam/Sammy/Samantha (depending on what day it is). Over the past few years, she has seen my camera in her face a time or two, and this is the second time the rest of her fam got to experience the magic. ;-)
So, yeah. It was so cold when we did this shoot that it was redonks. At one point, I couldn't even move my finger to change the shutter speed. I was fuh-rozen. But these guys are worth it. They braved the cold, too, for me! The way they interact as a family is just darling, and I am so excited to show you what we came up with!

It's been a year since I photographed these little beauties, officially. They were at Millie's birthday party, but were such little whirling dervishes that it was quite difficult for me to get many frames of them. With 7 little girls out of the way, plus their fabulous mom, Melanie, to help me wrangle, I am quite proud of the way their session turned out. I really love these images and think they capture Harley and Mason ("Mo") to a T. Plus, just looking at the images makes me smile uncontrollably. Goodness, I have a joyful job!

Kate, honestly, the day was so cold and windy... I was just not feeling that the magic happened this time. BUT... this just goes to show what the BEST PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE WORLD can do! (You're really more like an...alchemist. Look it up, peeps) Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity. All you people out there... RESPECT THE KATE!
